Wellbeing tip of the month |
|
Gratitude – We know that sharing our gratitude with others makes them feel appreciated, but studies show that there are many benefits to ourselves having and showing gratitude including a positive impact on our wellbeing. There are simple gratitude exercises we can do to help us explore gratitude such as journalling or having a gratitude box.
